The process is simple because the goal is not gatekeeping. It is making sure every new person lands in a safe, clear and welcoming space.
Say hello
Send a short message through the contact path. Tell us where you are from and which festival or event you are interested in.
Introduce yourself
Once added, set your name to your real name plus country flag and introduce yourself within 24 hours.
Read the rules
The rules are short because the culture matters: kindness, consent, no spam and no hidden agendas.
Show up
Come to Base Camp, join a game, grab coffee, help clean, introduce yourself to someone new.
